We want you to be happy with Drive Launcher.

Full refund within 7 days if it doesn't work for you

If Drive Launcher does not run on your car player, or you can't activate it, contact us within 7 days of payment. We'll help you get it working; if we can't, we'll refund you in full and cancel the licence.

When refunds are not given

We can't refund a licence that has been activated and is working normally, or after 7 days, except where the law requires it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through PayHere, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
